Installer Partner Terms

These terms apply to companies that receive enquiries via the EcoMatch platform.

Accreditation

Partners must maintain relevant accreditations (e.g. MCS, TrustMark, RECC, NICEIC) for the services they offer, and provide valid insurance details on request.

Data handling

Partners must handle customer data lawfully in line with UK GDPR and only use it for the purpose of the enquiry.

Conduct

Partners must contact homeowners professionally and respect their requested contact preferences.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove partners that fail to meet our standards or generate substantiated complaints.
